Terms & Conditions

1. Fare includes journey by train / bus daily morning tiffin / coffee, dinner & lunch, (Excluding Train Journey) Room accomodation for halting
2. Reserve your seats by paying an advance amount of Rs. 5000/- per seat.
3. LTC Certificates will be issued with in 15 days after completion of the tour journey from TCGL. (Service Tax to be paid extra)
4. All entrance Fees / Horse / Dolies / Rickshaw / Boating and other charges are borne by the participants only.
5. In case coming budget if state vehicle tax-Railway fare, Diesel rate increased, the tour total fare may also slightly increases.
6. Children of age between 5 to 11 years are charged 50% of the total fare and NO SEATS WILL BE ALLOTTED. If 80% of total fare is paid they are also eligible for a Full seat.
7. During the journey due to natural calamity, political situation, sickness, vehicle brake down, accident and other factors beyond our control the management has right to alter the remaining tour programme and
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AT ANY COST.
